About this strategy
A cautious strategy keeps equal weight in short-term Treasury (SHY), the dollar (UUP) and muni bonds (SUB) unless the VIX (UVXY) is overbought, in which case it shifts to a risk-parity mix of the same three. When the dollar trend is strong and the S&P 500 is above its 40-period RSI, it switches to UVXY; otherwise it moves to leveraged Nasdaq (TQQQ).
