About this strategy

Dynamic portfolio that stays in broad market and bond staples, but shifts into gold, the dollar and leveraged plays when market stress rises, and into commodity or equity leaders when returns are strong. It protects itself by moving into inverse-volatility weighted bonds and gold when drawdowns exceed 6% and by adding short-term bonds when the oil fund's 21-day return turns negative.
