About this strategy

A market-timing strategy that watches the S&P 500's 10-day RSI. When the index is overbought (RSI > 69) it shifts to a safe bond position (SHY), and when it is oversold (RSI < 27) it jumps into a 3× tech play (TECL). In neutral conditions it holds an equal-weight basket of ten large-cap stocks - HD, JNJ, KHC, MCD, PFE, PG, WMT, TSLA, and the remaining equity - providing a balanced, risk-managed core while still allowing for aggressive upside or defensive protection.
