Dynamic risk-on risk-off strategy that keeps Bitcoin short (BITI) when Bitcoin underperforms or the dollar outpaces it, otherwise it shifts to Treasury cash (BIL). When Bitcoin is healthy it allocates to a mix of crypto-linked and tech stocks (BITO, MSTR, COIN, SOXL) weighted by inverse volatility, and defaults to a defensive pair of health stocks (UNH, COST) when Bitcoin is weak.
