About this strategy

A dynamic all-weather portfolio that mainly holds risk-on leveraged ETFs such as leveraged Nasdaq (QLD), leveraged S&P 500 (SPUU) and leveraged oil (GUSH) when the market is trending up and volatility is low. When VIX rises or the S&P 500 falls below its 25-day average, it shifts to defensive assets - short-term bonds (BSV), cash (BIL) and the dollar (USDU) - to protect against drawdowns.
