Dynamic bond-switching strategy that moves between short-term Treasury (SHY), muni (SUB), T-Bill (BIL), total bond (BND) and short-term bond (BSV) based on VIXY RSI levels. When VIXY is overbought it shifts to Treasury, when moderately high it goes to muni, when neutral it holds T-Bills, when slightly low it moves to total bond, and when very low it prefers short-term bond, protecting itself by staying in bonds when volatility spikes.
